What should I do when I get an error message?

Please check you have the latest version of your browser & that you are also on the latest version of OSIKA Player by visiting the Help page. If not simply press (Check for update) and it should redirect you to the latest version! This is usually done automatically however things can go wrong.  If you continue to experience issues please contact us on the Help Page. With the issue you are experiencing & What your account email is if you have one

How can I stop the Audio or TV from buffering?

Buffering is caused by your internet connection cutting out and reconnecting.  The quality of the audio you are listening to will depend on the internet package you are subscribed to. Please contact your internet service provider if the buffering continues. Try this: Sit within a close distance to your WiFi router or try a wired internet connection Disconnect other devices using the same internet connection  By Default Audio Playback is set to 96kbps for a consistent but good enough sounding experience. If you are using the HD Audio feature which is 320kbps you may experience issues if your internet speed isn't fast enough.  By Default Video Playback is set to 720P (HD) for a consistent but good enough watching experience. If you are using the FHD Video feature which is 1080P you may experience issues if your internet speed isn't fast enough.
